The RJ45 and RJ11 Network Cable Tester will Quickly test RJ45 & RJ11 cables and feature LEDs for each conductor for individual continuity testing. The detachable remote test will require a 1x PP3 (9V) battery (not included) and is brand new in the box
Why do I need an RJ45 and RJ11 Network Cable Tester?
A cable tester is used to verify that all of the intended connections exist and that there are no unintended connections in the cable being tested. When an intended connection is missing, it is said to be “open”. When an unintended connection exists, it is said to be a “short” (a short circuit).
